The „Ahrpark-Residence“ opened in 1991 as a home for sheltered housing. The „Ahrpark-Residence“ is very close to the „Ahr“ and offers a wonderful view onto the „Ahr“ meadows. The „Ahrpark-Residence“ has 22 comfortably furnished apartments with a floor space from 29 to 64 square metres. As the Residence is connected to the nursing home the people who live there can use the advantages of „Maranatha“, for example the nursing care or a warm meal delivered directly to their apartment. It is therefore a house with a whole range of services on offer, one can book any of them depending on the personal need or preference. The „Ahrpark-Residence“ is also frequently used as a guesthouse by tourists and groups.
